Unfortunately there is not a short and easy answer.

You've gotten started, which is great. Now comes the tricky part which is bringing people who are interested in your report to your opt-in page. You need to look at different ways of bringing targetted traffic. You have many many options: Social media, Content marketing, ads (PPC; Soloads, other adds), etc... If you have deep pockets, adds will be the fastest.

After you get enough traffic, you need to start looking at conversions (visitor to subscriber); but do not worry about this until you get enough traffic.

yes, make sure your landing page is simple and not too glamorus. simple is better.

Test your funnel / pages...

I'd personally use Facebook Advertising because you can target exactly who you want to with it, and you can weed out people who don't meet your income requirements etc.

Set yourself a small budget to test with; you should have split testing already setup, so you can drive traffic to your split tests and see which ones perform better, then when you find a winner that way, you put more money into the ones that perform better and turn $1000 in advertising into $100,000

The next step is bring people to your page and test. Then based on results, decide what's the next step.

Time for the fun part which is to get targeted traffic to

Launch a couple of videos and build backlinks for them.

Then put link to opt-in page in description box.

You should consider investing into some training. To figure this out on your own will cost you a lot more than it costs to figure it out on your own.

And Indeed email marketing is very profitable marketing strategy if done correctly. If someone can teach you how to apply and use it, you will have a significant income!
