Starting my journey with e-mail marketing

Hi all warriors! First i would like to sorry for my grammar mistakes. I'm still learning english.
Thanks to this forum i developed an interested into e-mail marketing and list building. I'am currently living in Poland so i would like to hit the market there. I choosed to try start and try in the weight loss niche. It's my first time, when I'm gonna try to built a list and monetize it.
I have a 25 pages unique e-book about weight loss „secrets" which i will give for free for every suscriber on my list. I'm currently building a landing page for it. Then i would like to send 1 e-mail with an article (about weight loss of course) each week. After 3 articles i will send an e-mail with an offer to make a sale, then 3 new articles, then offerr etc.etc.

Thats how my plan sounds. I have few question about it:

What do you think about this plan? If it's wrong, what should I change in it? Please understand that that's the first time I'am trying to do these and all my knowledge cames from other posts on this forum.
What is the best way to get people on my list (marketing method)? Is it true that targetted Facebook Ads is one of the best PPC methods?
What would you offer to your weight loss e-mail list to get sales? Supplement (pills), ebook or maybe something else?

    Hey Men, Is sound good (You start with a good method, building a list) and yes facebook ads are the best ppc right now to get more leads fast, try also joining some forum about your niche put your signature to your website to get more leads

    the only suggestion I would make to you is. If you wrote this yourself and are promoting to a english speaking audience and english is not your native language. Please hire a editor, you can get them very inexpensively at fiverr or odesk. It could make all the difference in the world

      As i wrote in my post, I have this e-book in polish (english PLR translated into polish) and I will promote it to polish speaking audience

    FB ads can be very effective. Especially for this Niche if you go about it properly.

    E-book is always a good stable to use. Also, video seems have higher Optin rates because people these days seem to love videos.

    You seem to be on the right track.

    If you are marketing to English market please outsource your emails. This will NOT make the grade so to speak.

    Is there any way to start monetizing the landing page from the begining of the campaing? Any ideas? I've heard that i can offer f.ex an unlimitted version of something for $

    For weight loss marketing, you should try to find some kind of clever hook, which I know is really hard for that market. But otherwise you just won't stick out from all of the others who are doing the same thing.

    It also helps if you can talk to your audience with empathy. Keep in mind that most people who are trying to lose weight have probably attempted it before and don't want to be talked down to. If you can be genuine and original, that helps.

    One thing I've been doing is subscribing to email lists in your niche, and saving the ones that actually stand out. They come in handy in terms of modeling after them for your own use.

      The problem is that in Poland e-mail marketing is not as much popular like for example in the USA. I know that if you can do it well, you can really fast become the market leader, the only thing which you ( and exactly I) need is knowledge about IM

      Maybe somebody would like to try his strengh on our market. I would be happy to help with all the language issues and take care of the translation of all the stuff needed for that in exchange of your knowledge and schemes used in e-mail marketing.

      So you recomend me first to build a list and dont offer anything for sale at the begining?
      How many email should i send them per week? Should they contain other ebooks or articles, or maybe something else?
