Looking for a mentor to build a list, First year 50% profits share

How can I guarantee you're serious, and not just going to give up like so many others, once the going gets tough?

Even with a mentor you're still going to have to learn and bust your ass. Just having a coach doesn't guarantee you anything.

I am not sure about a Mentor, but you are definitely going to need someone to outsource to.

I cannot even understand half of what you say.

Do not take this as an insult but just something you can take as advice.

Because in Email Marketing you will need to know how to communicate with people effectively !
This is big time important.

People with mentors and coaches jump around too. They get bored, they can't cough up required investments, they learn about something/someone more exciting, their personal life requires them to put things on hold, etc.

The best student for any coach is someone that has proven they can make some decisions, stick to something, stay focused, etc.

Why?

Because I would say that the GREAT majority of failure is due to mindset - not due to not knowing what to do. That sounds like the truth in your case too.

You don't need a coach, just your own idea that you are confident enough to run with. Then you're going to hit road blocks, stop and figure them out, and keep trudging forward on the same project. You'll need to learn even more as you go along, it's part of it.

Ok, what are topics that you can relate to, that will give you some insights into the market?

Start at picking a niche, it's the first road block you're having.

You're going to need to understand who you're going to have on your email list, if you're going to be able to communicate with them.

Reply with a list of every topic you could see yourself having a conversation with one of your friends about. Don't worry about whether or not you think there is money in the topic.

Just reply with a list of everything you're interested in, that other people are interested in, too.

As an aside, you could also join Stack That Money (I'm not affiliated) to learn the basics of driving traffic from point A to point B.

They've churned out plenty of success stories.

The program cuts out most of the road blocks you're going to be facing right now, as far as picking a niche, then picking a product, how to build landing pages effectively, how to generate traffic, how to setup an autoresponder, how to keep people from unsubscribing and then buy, and a whole host of other areas that could cause you enough frustration to make you quit or b low your budget on courses.

STM teaches you to pick an offer, then find people who want it. A lot less places for you to stumble, in my opinion.
