Phone # capture on Squeeze Page

I've had a squeeze page up for the last 3 months asking for name & email as required fields.

I want to offer a Phone # field as *optional for leads that want a phone consultation.

This will provide me a much greater opportunity to close them than through email alone.

I'm set up through Aweber and have a follow-up series of emails in place.

My Question: Is it possible for those leads who do enter their phone #, to be able to choose from several available time slots to schedule a phone call with me from?

Then upon scheduling they will be emailed a confirmation of the scheduled slot as a reminder.

I hope I explained this clearly and perhaps someone knows what I'm talking about.

Easiest thing for you to do is put a field asking if it's best to contact durning morning, afternoon or evening and then just call them and reschedule an appointment if they happen to be busy during that call.

Otherwise you could create a password for your Google Calender and give them a password in that follow and have them select from there... but I think they might be able to see your other appointments as well so you'd have to have them just put their name and no personal information. on the time slot.

Use this service --> Schedule Once

You could set your calendar appointment page as the thank you page they go to after they opt-in.

Or you can have a link to this page in your first autoresponder email that is triggered when they opt-in.

I would try to keep the opt-in process as simple as possible (people with many choices often tend to choose not to choose). Then your first auto-responder e-mail should ask then if they would like a telephone consultation, and if so, you should then provide a way for them to book a call time.

This still gives the subscriber all of the options that you want them to have, but allows them to feel in control of the process, and keeps it simple.
