I want to email every small/mid size company in the US

I want to email every small/mid size company in the United States. I'm guessing people will tell me to buy an email list. Are there any legit email list companies out there? Or maybe is there some automated program or algorithm that scrapes all company websites in the US and retrieves their general email address?

I also want my email to just be one or two sentences of txt with maybe a hyperlink. No newsletter or images or attachments or anything. just very simple. And ideally I would like to send them out via gmail but through some type of automated process so I don't have to send them out one by one. And I want an automated program to personalize the intro (Dear, x).

I've used mailchimp in the past to send out fancy newsletters and don't like it because it retired your account after a certain number of bounces. Also I found the image heavy fancy newsletters didn't do as well as my simple two sentence email of just text.

IN SUMMARY: I'm looking to email every small/mid sized biz in the US (email list or automated program that scans web and retrieved emails?) and I'm looking to send a simple two sentence txt email via gmail via automated process to reach each business email individually. And I want a automated program to also personalize each email intro.
