EMAIL MARKETING

so, after reading so much success stories, i am trying my self to go for email marketing with clickbank product, i have maked list of aroung 1000 active mail id user basically from india, and now i will be checking if get any sales. i will keep on building my list and will keep on updating this thread.

today's task @ 27 jun

importing mail ids to my mail chimp

LOL..its just an hour and mail chimp screwed me, here is what i received.. some one please suugest another mail provider

If you did your research, there's 100's of threads on why MailChimp don't approve of affiliate marketers. If the subscribers you have, genuinely opted in to your list before, then you can move them over to GetResponse and import them.

But you'll just be wasting your time if all your doing is collecting emails and importing them into an Auto-responder in hopes someone will click and make you some money.

Mailchimp works for me perfectly.

Try with Aweber or Getresponse.

I would suggest actually building your list and not buying a list. I think even with aweber or get response you are going to run into the problem of people complaining for not even signing up. I would do it the right way and go from there.

You know GetResponse and Aweber both give you a free trial period. So it costs you nothing to use them and start your email marketing. If you're diligent, you should know before the trial ends if it's something that could work for you.

see, i have scrapped this list from my own gmail account, which i linked to my fb which have around 4500 friends, so its just a fraction of these mail ids.most of them are indians and in age group of 18-35 mostly males.

now i think i should go aad beg some experienced mail marketers to help me to utilize the list.

so i have switched to phplist hosted newsletter, its working pretty well, althogh interface reminds me of 2005. anyways its not blocked my campaign and so far i have sent around 200 mails with 0 bounce rate.

its a clickbank offer of making mobile app with zero coding skill.

Well....I've been quite successful in 2011 using clickbank and Aweber (with double opt-in subs). My 2 websites were doing quite good that time (approx 60% traffic from Seo and 40% from referrals+other sources). I used to get about 1k+ Double opt in subscribers DAILY (in Aweber) and was using Autoresponders with Clickbank stuff for almost next 30-35 days to each subs and was banking about $250-$300 per day via Clickbank only (plus approx $200 via Adsense and Cpa). Those were my TOP of the time days and my 70% (aprox) traffic was from india.

BTW, Im again trying to get into email marketing this time now and trying to learn things once again (I left the biz when I was on top in 2011 since Aweber and Adsense both Blocked my a/c and got involved in some offline biz) but NOW, Im again back to internet world.

Autoresponder website, and even third party smtp providers are okay to start, make sure the users subscribed.

Also you need to be very targeted to get something out of a list of 1000. think of 10, 000 emails at least.

any auto responder website might ask for proof of the users subscription as you try to import these lists.

I have been very successful with email marketing wit my own products and clickbank products.
buying emails are ok, but you want to build a list of targeted buyers that will trust you.

That way you will always have a great responsive list that will click on your links.
