Can anyone give me the Pros and Cons of using Leadpages? If you don't use it, what do you prefer instead?

I use LeadPage. Probably it offers the best service in terms of convertions.
Cons is that is not free so some newbie perceive that as a risk!

It 100% depends on what you mean by "worth it".

In terms of money - maybe, I mean ... you'll have to do that calculation yourself ...

In terms of time - probably, I mean .... how much time do you spend on making squeeze pages and such?

It depends ... it's simply a tool ... if you have a need for it ... it's a solid tool. If you don't have a need for it, don't get it ... simple as that.

Sure it's worth it, but you can always start off with something cheaper and use them later. You can find free WordPress plugins that will help you create squeeze pages.

Although it has a large monthly fee, it does include free cloud hosting, and if you don't already have a website or domain registered that is a big plus. It will seamlessly integrate with all of the top autoresponders, and webinar registration pages.

Should you already have a domain and hosting then the wordpress plugin is again super easy to install and allows you to move the funnel you create onto your site.

It also has the ability to add your opt-in buttons to your blog posts by adding a line of html, and you can bet that anything proven to be high converting by people like Frank Kern, Ryan Diess, and others will get added in asap.

The cons are that it will have quite a steep learning curve, and you need to actually have a funnel or idea for monetizing your leads so that you can recoup your costs.

A good one off cost alternative that I use a lot if landing page monkey, if you do want a link let me know, as I'll throw in a bonus offer of a fiverr gig to install your first page, and record what you need to do.

I guess I'm the only one vote for OP 2.0? Well...it's actually cheaper than Leadpages if you only have few sites, and it's more customizable than Leadpages as well.

However, if you want to use OP, you have to have a website since it's a Wordpress plugin/theme. If you don't have a website, or you don't plan to build one, Leadpages would be your best bet.

'OP 2.0' is Optimise Press v2.0 it's a landing page platform.
And it's a Wordpress plugin, so you require a Wordpress site to use it as mentioned by Chiayee

    Hi Warrior Members,

New to the posts as I have just joined today. So please be gentle !!

Not sure if you have all heard, but it looks like LeadPages top Advanced Membership is going from $799 US per year to a whopping $2,400 US per year, or a 66% increase from 1st August.

They are also pushing the LeadDigits SMS service as one of the key features. My understanding is that this only works in North America. Please correct me if I am wrong with my information.....

I am from Australia so the SMS feature is kind of useless to me.

Can anyone offer an alternative to LeadPages, because there is no way that I will be paying this much for this service?

I would also be interested in hearing from a representative of LeadPages why has there been this massive jump in price?

    Thanks Warrior Members !

Leadpages has everything you need to create optin pages, thank you pages, sales pages, video pages and more.

You don't even have to have hosting to publish websites... although your own hosting helps if you want to use your own domain name.

It's better to use hosting services from ifastnet.com or a2hosting.com.
There are a lot of useful resources and features which are necessary for running websites smoothly and reliably. Prices are not high.
