Question about email follow-ups to buyers list
I've recently started to build a list.
I've been reading all I can about the matter and I know that you should keep your buyers and subscribers separately and send different types of emails to these lists.
I've read in a couple of places that, to your buyers list, you should send "broadcast emails" instead of hard-selling products to them.
I've have a difficult time getting the grasp of this concept as I'm not a native English speaker.
I did a google search but the only definition I found for the term was that of a massive email message instead of a 1-on-1 email.
How is that different from normal follop-ups to subscribers?
I'd appreciate any guidance on the matter.
