    Hi there.
I'm going to make an assumption that you are saying you got a text file with people individual emails correct?

Do you have an auto responder account? If not, you could open one with Aweber or Getresponse. From there you would need to import the list into the autoresponder and type up either a broadcast or follow up sequence to reach out to the person.

I will say they don't normally like purchased lists. I don't know if that is helpful however hopefully it gives you some direction.

    Good luck.

Yeah usually Aweber and GetResponse won't let you import a list. I've tried myself on both. I've heard Mailchimp does though.

With your situation, myself, I would make a gmail a account, copy 500 of those emails(max daily limit) send them, same day make another gmail and copy the other 500. Then the next day switch up the emails with each 500. You can't track much with gmail but hey... it sounds like you're fairly new and this will give you a good start to test without spending any money.

    Good luck.

I would ditch the list and start building my own. Unless, of course, you bought the leads (emails) from someone who told those people their email address will be sold.

Anyway, as others have said: you need an autoresponder, which is a company that sends the emails on your behalf. They have better server reputation, ability to automate, etc. There's really no reason to use a Gmail account or something like that.

Aweber and GetResponse are one of the most popular used here, but there are others, too. Just don't use free autoresponder services because they are bad at delivering emails and stuff your emails with ads.

If you bought a list of 1000 people I can tell you right now you wont make money from it. You're wasting your time.

Build your own list using high quality traffic sources. Put the work in.

Nothing comes easy. It takes work

I'm confused. If a list is built and on an autoresponder, you're telling me it can't be moved to another autoresponder? That doesn't seem right. What is the point of exporting a list or switching autoresponders if you can't import? There would be no incentive to sign up the individuals that would be paying for their service. It would be constant newb acquisition.

Because reputable autoresponders are scared of you spamming and giving them troubles. You may know your list is legitimate but they don't know. I heard they allow import of freshly subscribed list but i haven't tried it myself. maybe you can try if you are interested. There're places selling fresh subs.

I had a successful youtube channel.
These emails are the ones people used to contact me to get more info about the
      softwares I was promoting.
Now, I don't know how to use all these emails to send bulk messages to these people
about new promotions and new updates.
I don't know how to proceed.
I want to know where to get started, and where to design those emails I see everytime,
      advertising and promoting stuff.

      What do I do now?

I would also recommend subscription with Aweber or Get Response or any professional email services as they also have eye-catching email templates that are also mobile friendly. However, if you really want free services, it's best to check your web hosting provider as some of them offers such services for free.

    Hello,
Promotional e-mails request that your gathering of people take particular activities, for the most part as a buy choice or an individual duty. Promotional templates include a wide mixture of plans and designs, so keep the pictures, content, features, and connections concentrated on your fundamental invitation to take action and the present advancement.
Sales and discounts that call for an immediate purchase or an immediate commitment, Descriptions and images of products and services with links to more information, Limited time offers requiring immediate action, Testimonials and facts to help readers justify a purchase decision.
    Thanks

    Jason,
Reading most of the emails here, yes you really should use an autoresponder. Mail chimp would most likely be the easiest service to help you load up your list. Avoid using Templates, once you add the emails you will send your list a Broadcast email. Just write a simple text message with your signature and picture or logo. Which ever the people on your list will recognize as you. The other thing you should do is if these individuals are already familiar and know you, put your name in the headline of the first few emails you send them. That should encourage them to at least open the initial emails. Once you have re-established that relationship then you can add your promotional links in the later emails.

I would agree that if you have bought this list of unknown people - this might not be worth the effort. The thing is that if you are really looking forward to advertise yourself - you need a target audience with some certain characteristics and preferences, which you can only gather by yoursefl (I mean by doing a good market research).
However, if you are going to work on it anyway then yes, an autoresponder software is a must, Also, make sure that your subject line of email is good and catchy and the whole design is neat and not owercrowded.
