Tracking Subscribers That Converts to an offer

I wonder if you can help me, I want to know the email subscriber(s) who clicked on my email link, went to a cpa offer and converted. so later I can move those subscribers to a different list.
Can you guide me on any software or script that can grab the email address that clicked the link so once the CPA network send the postback url, the software will match that conversion with the email subscriber and I can identify that subscriber.
