Email Marketing Crticial Path

2 questions:
Once I set-up an email list, when I promote my offering, should I send them to a squeeze page and then to the pricing table page?
Thus, email list > link to sales page > pricing table > sale
Or should I...
Email link > link to pricing table > sale
The second one would not have a sales squeeze page
Also...
Is this conversion schema correct?
email content > 20% open rate > 6 % click rate > 10% CTR from sales page to pricing table > 20% CTR from pricing table to sale?
If that's correct then out of 1,000 subscribers, I'd be lucky to get 0.24 sales every time I blast 1,000 email subscribers.
Thus, with those numbers, would I need to blast the list 12 times per month just to get 3 sales?
