How to Manage Multiple Email Accounts

Hi Guys

I hope I've posted this in the right place. I need some help with organising my email accounts. I have multiple accounts - several hotmail accounts, gmail, yahoo and several with godaddy.

Last year I bought a domain name for my new business through godaddy. So far I've only used the email address. I've heard people talking about forwarding their various emails to gmail so today I forwarded one of my godaddy emails to gmail. I don't want to send business emails from a gmail address, yahoo or hotmail as it doesn't look professional.

Can I get other emails forwarded to gmail where they will go straight into separate folders that I set up?

Can I renew my domain through another company when it's due for renewal? If so, any recommendations?

How can hostgator or blu gator help me to manage multiple accounts? I've seen people recommending these services but I'm not sure how they would help.

I want to stop logging into multiple email accounts and to renew my domains with another company if possible.

I look forward to your expert advice.

If you use the firefox browser then you can get the thunderbird add on, it works for me.

I have also heard good things about windows live mail, but have never tried it myself
