IP Address to Email Address

I'm working on a project and I'd like to know what the demand would be.

I'm able to convert an IP address to an Email address. I can also convert a phone number to an email address.

Here's the thing, since IPs change and people use computers in different places, it's not 100% accurate (phone numbers are MUCH higher in accuracy 95%+). But let's say that it was only 25% accurate (I'm just throwing a number out there, not saying that this is true), how worthwhile would it be for you to put a piece of javascript on your website and be able to convert much of your traffic into leads (email address, phone number, first name, last name, city, state, zip, street address,....). Or upload a list of phone numbers or IP addresses and get back fully qualified records.

Obviously some people have websites with Millions of visitors monthly, while others have websites with just a few hundred visitors monthly. I'm thinking of charging something on a per-lead basis, where you could pre-pay (similar to how BriteVerify.com works).

What do you guys think? Would you pay for such a service? If so, how much would you pay?

    it`s an impossible project, ip addresse are not link in any way with phone number or email address and i bet you can`t create a correlation

      It's VERY possible, I've already done it and have it working. I'm asking what the demand is.

    If you have found a way to do this then I would say go for it. I think you should also check similar services to come up with a good price.

    I would not pay, since AdSwaps and Solo ads would be a much better choice.

    You already know that the emails will not be very accurate and even with the 95% accuracy you will be building a cold list which is hard to monetize.

    Another point is, there will be legal implications. Since converting IP's or Phone numbers into emails and sending emails without permission is not advisable.
