Opt-in subscription: Disable Confirmation Email

Hello guys, I am registred with MailChimp and I have my optin on my blog. The real problem that I have is that I'd like my visitors to just submit with no need to go to the email and confirm the subscription. Just fill in the email and press subscribe and that's it. Any tips or any idea how to ctually fix that? Thank you very much!

Surely somewhere on MailChimp's help pages there must be a section about double opt-in / single opt-in.

That's where you will find out if it's possible and if it is, how to do it.

I agree, go to Mailchimp and activate the single opt-in function.

They are CORRECT. It's the single opt in option.

The problem will be locating that in Mail chimp.

Keep in mind that some auto responders only allow the double opt in.
