Should I disallow hotmail, msn, live, outlook email user registration?

Over the 8 months, Microsoft free email hosting blocked our ip for 3 times.
The reasons are reputation or complaints?

So we got bad reputation on M users and good reputation on Gmail or Yahoo users?
We haven't with a issue with Gmail users so far.

Because we use mail list script, so the script auto unsubscribed the users with these bounced hotmail, msn, live, outlook email addresses.
Our lists have almost zero active M email users now.
But these few remained M users still caused our ip banned few days ago.

We joined the M programs as Smart Network Data Service, junk report or something and excluded the users with complaints from their program. Even though we got < 3 complaints from them a month.

Thinking to disallow M users to register our web service.
Why M owned so many email hostings but their techs are so worse?

Sure. Disallow them if you can!

  • Sign up for feedback loops in hotmail and fill in their sender form.
    This will help tremendously

    Other questions;
How many mails do you send per hour per ip?

There is NO reason to stop mailing your M leads! Get a new clean IP, there are many things you can do to rectify this situation, removing the microsoft email leads should not even be considered IMO.

Think of what it cost to stop mailing them, for example if you are making $1000 per month mailing them, then spend some money to fix problem.
Probably your IP was used in past by spammers, get a new one they are only a few dollars.
Send a mail to mail-tester.com and use mxtoolbox to diagnose your current problems

    Hope that helps!

Before making a decision like this it would make a sense to check what percentage of your subscribers use those free Microsoft emails and what it would cost to your business to exclude them.

Because when it comes to business any decision should be money oriented.

M allow my ip again few days ago.
However, most of the M users has been unsubscribed or excluded from my mail list for bounced during the M block period.

It seems M users are not worth to keep, I just found M users are less and less these days.
But sill thinking to disallow M users,
They spend us more to serve them on forget password or email confirmation since M like to block our ip.
