    Hey there,

Aweber is free for the first 30 days for a test run. It's my favorite because it works good for both big & small list.

After first month it's $20/month. Im not familiar with free autoresponders so I don't know how friendly they are to use, but just remember if you get 200 visitors a month with a 10% opt-in rate that's 20 subscribers a month so it may be small for a bit, but a year down the road it'll start gaining size as long as you keep them engaged.

    Just my 2 cents..

    Hope this helps

    Adam

    Hey chini,

Adam Yunker is wright, Aweber is the best software for email-Autoresponder. You can try first time as a trial version.

In my opinion Mail chimp is the best way to go. But I don't have that much experience with the other (Aweber) so maybe that's also a solution.

      Hi Chini,

There are several quality email autoresponders out there. Like some of the other members here, I like AWeber. Some of the others are getresponse which you can try free for 30-days; emailaces.com; and autoresponders.com and arpreach.com

You will want to research these to see which is best for your needs.

2 things you need in your autoresponder is:
      (1) Unlimited auto responders or mailings. You'll need a separate one for each product or campaign that you have. And,
      (2) Personalization feature which add the name of tags of the person receiving the response to the mailing without you having to type for each and every one.

      Hope this helps!

      Alfred

You only send email with Mailchimp and can not use its autoresponder for free now.

Hi dude, have you tried listwire, its free. I make use of both listwire and getresponse ie one paid and one free autoresponder a/c. But if i'll give a good advice, go for paid one like the getresponse, i use it for my affiliate business and i have no cause to regret it in any way.

I’d suggest GetResponse. It is not free but you will never regret using it.

Here is my suggestion – stay away from free email marketing service. Eventually you will need a good, reliable and paid autoresponder with good deliverability rate.

Hi All, I've used Mail chimp for a while, but never figured out how to make a 'sequence' that will just keep sending to new subscribers.

Also, you have to get a plugin or write some code to take the captured email and put it into your email list.

I just discovered the PLF, and thought I should give it a go, but I can't find a single platform that supports all what you need to do... Sending emails is just one part!

I haven't tried this one yet, but it's free up to 1,000 contacts. It's also one of the cheapest options out there, most expensive package is $42 a month.

The only thing missing right now is a autoresponder, but according to the devs there will be one shortly. I just hope that the cost won't go up too much if they implement it.

    • Hey Chini lots of good advices here. I would say look for a email marketing app which has free plans for a limted numbers and for beginners who want to test the waters before they lock their credit cards digits for a plan. I started using Ariticmail which has free plans wherein I could send 500 emails. its help me gauge if the campaign was really helping me or not. I could sign up for a free plan for giving my CC information.
