Quick Question about solo ads

How do you guys find solo ads for a certain niche? It seems like most solo ads are for the big niches like IM and health. Example would be if I wanted to find solo ads for teaching a parrot how to talk.

    Unfortunately, I don't think it would be very easy to find a solo ad for that niche. As you mentioned, the majority of solo ad vendors specialize in the "biz opp/make money online" niche.

    I have heard of a method where people look for popular blogs in their niche and see if the blog owner is building a list, then contact the blog owner and ask if he has a list and would be willing to do a promotion for you.

    You might have some luck trying that, although your niche is pretty specialized so I think it will be very difficult.

    One idea would be to do a quick search on Google:
    parrot training inurl:parrot "email" "subscribe"

    Click through the links and look for sites with: 1) Email signup forms, 2) Advertising, 3)Affiliate Program

    Doing that for the above example, one link I see is for: hxxp://www.parrotsecrets.com/

    You can just subscribe to the email list to see how often they mail, what they mail, what they offer, etc. Do that and you will find those who are mailing good offers frequently, then just email them back and ask if they would allow you to purchase advertising since you are on there list and can see they make offers like yours.

    Search google for the niche then go to the sites then look for optin the ones who have them are the best contact them they have the best list especially if they DON'T sell solo ads!

    How about trying a different traffic source. There are many sources that would match up to your offer. Here is an example Buy Website Traffic | Buy Traffic | Targeted Traffic | Cheap Traffic. Am not saying this is the best site to use but if you check out the order form they have all kinds of options. One is animals.


    So search google for cheap traffic ... or hell try paid traffic for bird talking. Anyways sometimes you have to use a different approach solos are not always a good fit even in biz op or mmo type offers.


    You should join a few FB groups that are about paid traffic and ask around.

    For $0.00068 per "visitor, what kind of quality do you expect? Not to mention the sites they claim to use for biz-op guaranteed sign-ups apparently don't exist according to Chrome.

    That's why I said it may not be the best site .. I was using it as an example. .. a poor at that. But my point is there are many different kinds of paid traffic. Way better then solo ads, I have had great solo venders, but it can be hard to find ones that are better then average.


    You have to really investigate sources that are too cheap.
    You get what you pay for.


    Sooner or later you have to take the plunge and buy and try.

    If your niche is teaching parrots how to talk, then just contact people who are in the parrot niche. I doubt there are people who specifically provide solo ads for your niche. However, you could simply contact someone and ask them if they would send an email to their list for you.
