I'm looking heavily into text marketing because I think it would be great for the niche that i'm in. the only problem... text marketing is largely expensive. it seems like the text marketing industry really puts a ceiling on you. i'm seeing services that start out with 500 free texts a month and go up from there. eztexing's elite package only gives you 3,300 texts a month. thats TOTAL texts. if you have a list with 3,300 people on it.... that means you get to send 1 text per month. its kind of a joke. the niche that i'm in would WELCOME texts on a daily basis. but not at these prices, it seems far fetched.
anyone have any experience with text marketing? where are the best services?

Of course everyone is going to want to know your niche.

I have never researched text marketing. Also I don't think that I have even received one of these texts before. You say that it costs a lot. Do you feel that it would be worth it? Are people going to respond to it? Like I said I am pretty sure I have never received one nor do I think I would respond to it.

Email marketing is still valuable. The result oriented.
Email effortlessly integrates with other marketing strategies.
Think about how much relevant information an email can communicate:

It can alert someone when a webinar is about to start.
It can remind someone of an interesting social-media message.
It can inform someone about your latest post.
It can alert someone about an approaching deadline on an offer.

Email marketing offers the best return on investment ever.
Ultimately, email marketing is affordable, which means that, even if a campaign bombs, the marketer isn’t in trouble. In comparison, given their high spend, failed advertising campaigns using direct mail, print advertising, radio and TV can be disastrous.

    Customers like to stay informed.
Customers like to know about coupons, because they like to save money when they shop. In fact, coupons are what drive online sales (though they also increase in-store sales). Customers also tend to like email sequences that educate and engage them. Mini email courses from subject experts can pack a lot of good information, creating a great win-win for marketers and consumers.

this is still outrageously expensive compared to email marketing.
can you imagine if this was the cost of email marketing? if you have a list of 80,000 email addresses that would mean that you can send one email a month and it will cost you $800 for that one email.

Yea....and direct mail is outrageously expensive compared to text. Try sending 80,000 pieces of mail for that price or getting 80,000 clicks to your website at the rate of sending a text.

Exactly. The only thing that matters is ROI. Not upfront expense.

I swear, man. Every time I see your posts you just position yourself are progressively more and more unaware of any true marketing.

"Go back to the 1800s"? Really? How obnoxious you are aside, you do realize how insanely effective direct mail is, right?

Hello, you are asking about some details or experiances, so I think, Mailchamp is a useful software for Email Marketing. MailChimp offers free subscription for 2000 subscribers or 12,000 emails per month. For unlimited account, the pricing starts from $10. You can also use Target Hero, this tool is ideal for businesses that require a wide spectrum of features to run their campaigns, but often lack the large subscriber lists. Their free plan gives you 1,000 contacts with unlimited emails. For up to 3,000 contacts, you need to get the $9.90/month Mini Hero plan. The Hero plan gives you as many as 5,000 contacts at $19.90. And, the Super Hero plan can be had for $39.90 for up to 10,000 contacts. (about to your need).
