Does Pardot affect your corporate email server reputation?

We use Pardot to send out marketing email. We send email out via Pardot on behalf of our corporate domain. However the email goes out from a Pardot IP address.

We are having issues with our email from our corporate email server going into junk folders. Does the email we send from Pardot affect our corporate email server reputation?
