Purchased or downloaded PDF as Lead Magnet

Hey guys... I have a quick question..it looks too basic..but im new to this internet marketing stuffs..i just want to know if I purchase an ebook...for example from Amazon.. or from the seller..can I use the same PDF as a lead magnet to my email marketing funnel?

And also can I download pdf files from other sites without purchasing..and then use them as lead Magnet? Please advise.. Thank you very much! Highly appreciate your time!

    Absolutely NOT, just because you buy a ebook or even get one for free, you do not get the copyright for that product.

    If you can not write your own ebook then look into PLR, just google "your niche PLR" and you will most likely find lots of PLR for sale. If your niche is really obscure then you might not have much luck, but for most evergreen niches there is plenty of plr available

        Most of the time you can. Just read the license agreement when you purchase. And sometimes the license is for MRR Master Resale Rights and that usually has to stay as is.
