Mailchimp Conversions/Analytics

Hello,

I was just wondering why my analytics is showing me some different data than my mailchimp account. I just created a thank you page for my subscribers and set them as a goal (they will be forwarded to the page after signing up). according to my mailchimp account I should have more subscribers. Look at my attachments.
Is it possible that the mails are landing in the spam folder of the subscribers and they can't confirm but the analytics goal is counting them anyways because everytime the thank you page will be loaded the goal is +1? (I gave a hint on the thank you page to check those folders or to "whitelist" my mail address)

    Not everyone that puts in an e-mail address will click the link in their mail to join your list. It's just a fact of life. Nothing you write on your site will change it.
