Which email should I use for my email-autoresponder account?

I know some of you create affiliate sites and then sell them.
And most of us know that, the numero uno thing to do when building a business, is building your email list.

So, the question is. Do you create a seperate account on example Getresponse with your business email? Or do you have ALL your emails that you have collected on one account?

( It's a bit hard for me to explain, but hope some of you know what i meen )

    I am a little lost in your explanation?

    Are you talking about email lists?

    A free list of prospects, and a buyers list for those that purchased from you?

    You can create as many lists as you need on one account for that.

    Or are you talking about multiple email addresses you own, like one for each domain you have?

    In that case you can redirect all of your emails to one account. Otherwise you will have to set up separate email software to log in to each.

    If understand what saying think...you were wondering if should start business and keep in different account so if sell the emails there...if that's what asking....you can still use one account like mentioned above and have different lists and then if ever want to sell or go somewhere else, can simply export the list needed.

    Nvm lads, i've found my way )

    Ive created a getresponse account with my primal email and i'm using my business emails when im using my autoresponder on the different websites.

    - I thought that I needed to create a getresponse account for each website/email that I had
    But found my way and everything works fine, thanks for responding !

    Yeah I understand what oyu're saying man. It depends on your availability of funds & obviously you'll want to keep the lists tight - know what's what & what for but definitely it can be done with 1 account & i'd recommend you do so cos if you sell off a site & the list that goes with it you can always export list to the person buying the business.

    Hi hammer, somewhere i got your point. I think it would be better always segment your list or create different list with related business name with different business email address of yours if you have different businesses (one or more) in one account whatever the case whether its Getresponse or anyother email service provide. Otherwise if everything will be in one basket it will be difficult to find or pin point whats working or whats not. After segmentation you will be having different-2 metrics regarding one particular list or business and you can analyse it or starting working on it if you find some loophole

    If i get your question correctly maybe i need to explain what happens with getresponse or an autoresponder. An autorespnder or getresponse has a database that collects emails for you automatically and these emails are stored in the autoresponder database for you, they do not go to your personal email box. However if you choose the option that you need to be notified if someone has entered their email on your form, only then will you receive a notification in your personal inbox that you have a subscriber and you also get their details. So if you choose the option to receive notifications whenever you get a subscriber i would suggest you create a new email address only for this as they can become too many over time as your list grows.
