Advice needed on affiliate marketing through email

I have a list of email IDs of people working in medical companies in the US (more than 1000 email IDs so far) and I would like to do some affiliate marketing using my personal email ID. What product do you think I should sell them and how should I do it? I live outside the US and I need to know if there is anything I should remember before sending emails to them.

    First teach them about what you know, create a relationship with them before trying to sell to them....Else you may just have your email end up in spam folder.

    Have absolutely no idea without additional information. What kind of medical company ?? Who will you be addressing ? Executives, Mid management, Owners etc.. ? The particular problem you will be addressing ??

    You need to assess your list first and know what they do, where they work, etc. Knowing your market will help you identify the kind of product or service they may need. And I also agree that you should start building trust first with your subscribers by supplying good information to them.

      Some of them are directors, VPs, managers and so on and they all in medical companies.

    Building a relationship is important and giving them the impression that you want to support their endeavors will help to build a relationship. I recommend doing surveys to find out where their needs are and what types of things interest them. If you write the survey with certain products in mind (check out Clickbank & JVZoo) then you already have an answer that you can provide for them in a product.
