170k strong email list

Hello all

I have an email list of just over 170k people, all are precious customers/signed up to one of several websites, all within the same niche. Because of this the demographic of the list is quite specific and they are predominantly based in the UK however there is a large US based list and other countries.

I was just curious on the best way to make money from this list or how would be best to rent it out? I saw a similar post of this nature which convinced me to sign up.

    You could do solo ads for other people in the same niche to make some nice monies! Go to sites like Udimi.com and register for an account. Others will come to you asking for you to mail out to your list and will happily pay you for your troubles!

    Thanks for all the advice, creating an affiliate list and promoting them through and AdSense rich websites was going to be the avenue I was looking for. Can then generate both organic and email visitors.

    What email client would be best to use? Ideally something cheap but allows for large volume of emails to be sent

      With that list you dont need to worry for price, if I were you I would go for some of the most reliable today.. any of them you pick, you wont regret !

    If these are already, as you say, your customers then you should already know how to monetize. Sell or promote products or services in that niche

    Renting it out will not going to help in long term, the better idea is if these are your customers, you should know what niche they belong to and what's the best product you can sell them. If you rent it out, their email inboxes will soon be stuffed with spam, and they will eventually loose interest even the legitimate offers.

    Renting it out would be a bad idea as then you are selling the email ids of your customers and they will see new emails as spam.

    I personally think solo ads and affiliate offers in your niche is the way to go. Send a few informational emails out to build relations with your list and then start selling.
