Evaluate and sell an email list for solo ads in the MMO and BIZOP niche

I have a list of 4200 subs in the MMO and BIZOP niche.

I use it for sell solo ads clicks, at moment I send 2 emails per day and I can send 180/230 clicks per week, this mean earn from $250 to $350 per month selling them at $0.35.

For many personal reasons I think that I would sell it when I'll reach 5k/6k subs, so value should be around $500 per month, or of course, if someone else do better of me, it will be more. I mean that I want sell the whole aweber account, and I will not longer use that subs.

First question is: how can I evaluate my list? I think that better way to have an approximate price is multiply the monthly income for a multiplier. IF this is good idea, what multiplier I should use? x2, x3, x5?
(I heard that in my country, when a company is sold, it's sold for a price around annual income x8 :p )

Second question is: what is the best place for find a buyer? This forum, facebook groups of solo ads, other places?

    Here's my two cents, and you can take it or leave it.

    Your list is completely beat up and worthless ***UNLESS*** you're trying to sell it to someone trying to start up in the solo ad biz.

    I can evaluate your list real quickly:

    4,200 Optins
    2 Emails a Day
    230 Clicks a week

    230/7 = 33 clicks a day
    33/2 = 16.5 clicks an email
    16.5/4200 (assuming they are unique clicks) = 0.003

    Which translates into a 0.3% response rate. Which, in my opinion, is garbage.

    What you may be able to do is try to sell it to someone (along with coaching) as a bizop itself. You may be able to get someone to buy it for $1k if you coach them how to make 50% of that back in month 1.

    If you're looking for a fast sell, this forum may be the best bet. Don't try to sell them in solo ad centers because your stats look extremely bad. Anyone worth their salt will easily recognize this.

    My advice to you, is keep grinding it to a pulp and get as much money out of it as you can, but I'm assuming you're trying to get out because you can't find solo buyers because your clicks don't convert either.

      Thank you for your reply, I have to do some corrections because I noticed that I have a bit misrepresented my list, for two reasons:

      1) I have almost 4200 subs at moment, I addedd around 500 subs last week, but 180/230 clicks per day wich I talked about are a stats of my list with ~3700 subs, from this week I should send more.

      2) The average click rate of my list is 0.7, this is different from your calculation because with 180/230 clicks delivered I mean unique clicks already filtered with a min T1 of 80%.

      And I have to correct your assumption: I sell clicks EVERY day and I have also to reject clients, it's true that I don't provide sales every 50/100 clicks but I can provide sales, I made around $1000 in CPA from my thank you page building the list, so in my list there are a lot of potential buyers.

      The difference between who provide A LOT of sales and me it's likely the fact that they sell their clicks at 0.45/0.55. If you know someone that can provide A LOT of sales at 0.35cpc, let me know :p

      As I told I made this decision for personal reasons, anyway I can understand your thought and I thank you for your point of view
