Hi all,
I am encountering this issue but not sure if I am alone.
I usually send 2 emails a day. 1 to the entire list (8k) and the other 12 hours later to those who did not open my first email.
Two days, when I try to segment my list, I found that the number of subscribers dropped.
From 7,800 (who did not open) to just 395
Today, I tried sending to those who did not click on the link.
The segmentation state 8,050 but when the actual email send out, it was to just 403.
Are you guys experiencing the same problem as I do?
