How to Generate Lead?

Hello all,

I have USA based IT profession website.
My website is well set with perfect pages and blog section,
I don't want to do some initial level activities like social bookmarking, web 2.0 and all.
My main focus on lead and direct inquiry. But I have no idea about it.

Even I also want to know some best platform from where I can get maximum lead.

Can anyone help me?

    If you want to get the best Lead Generation Method, you have to test different Lead Generation Methods, as simple as that!

    What generally works good: After X seconds on the website, display a Pop-Over that asks for the Lead and offers something in return.

    For example
    "Get this free Ebook about XYZ now.
    [E-Mail Adress input]
    ((Yes, send it now! button))"

      I have had the best experience with this from the user end. When I start exploring an interesting blog or webpage and this pop-over comes up, I usually put my name in. I like getting that free report. When I start getting emails, I read them only if I feel they apply to me or my situation - especially if they show a solution to one of my problems.

    I personally blog and create "How To" youtube videos to generate leads and grow my brand.
    I find that by sharing information that helps people fix little problems they may have really helps.

    If you want to generate leads, you will need to have a 'lead magnet'.

    What can you offer to your market that will have them wanting to opt in to your list?

    You are in the IT niche... maybe something like, "Top 10 Stupid Things People Do That Brings in Viruses and Hackers!"

    Here's mine; You should go directly engage with leads, deploy outbound & inbound marketing, invest in new technology, find leads on Twitter or other social media and market through LinkedIn.
