I have started a company for Web and Mobile Apps development and I am now looking to get started with the Email Marketing.

So I would like to know to where I can get the list of Emails of prospects, which will be the best platform?

As a beginner you may start with Mail chimp or Get response Auto res-ponder tool for your Email list building . Both are most renounced, easier & friendly software for email marketing .
