How to create multiple starting points in a series with MailChimp ?

Happy for having found this forum !
So, I'm using Mailchimp to send a Welcome series containing 10 emails to my subscribers.
Nothing special, each subscriber receive 1 email/day during 10 days.
Recently, I wanted to go one step further.
I segmenting my leads by source of acquisition using differents forms and hidden fields.
I would like now, if possible, to send a separate mail for each segment when a person is subscribing.
Instead of : 1 > 2 > 3... > 10
Rather do : 1a or 1b or 1c... > 2 > 3... > 10
I've tried adding an email to the sequence by indicating to send it only to segment A when the person just subscribed, I have also played with the adding date... but nothing seems to work. It's always the first mail of the sequence who wants to be send...
If someone has an idea or trick to do this, I would be very grateful !
