Email Platform for ThankYou Pages

Hi - I'm looking to have a user fill out a form and then take them to a Thank You page where I can carry their email address over to the url.

Example:

1) User fills out a form with Jeff@Gmail.com

2) I want to take that user to the ThankYou page url of abc.com?email=Jeff@Gmail.com

**I do not own the Thank You page (in this case abc.com) so I'm not able to put any code on the page**

Does anyone know a service that can provide this? Aweber and GetResponse do not offer this without doing some development work on the Thank You page.

    I assume the form is yours and it's a squeeze page and you want to submit to an autoresponder?

    Are you sure it can't be done with getresponse or aweber? It has nothing to do with the thank you page. It all has to do with the script that your using to submit the form and then after it is submitted, you then redirect to the thank you page and use the tag for the email in the url. Something like... abc.com?email=[[EMAIL]] assuming the tag for email is [[EMAIL]] and the autoresponder lets you carry it over.

    If your correct and it can't be done, then you could create your own form submission script that uses the API of the autoresponder to submit it to your account and then redirect the user and then since it's your script, it can be made to carry the email to the thank you page url.

    You would probably have better luck getting some answers if you posted this in the programming section. I don't program, but I have guys that do and I know that what you want done could be accomplished one way or another.
