Mailchimp RSS to e-mail, multiple posts in one e-mail?

I just found this forum in search of a place where someone can answer my current question, but I think this website is going to be a big help for me anyway as I just started my affiliate website.
For the question, I hope someone can help me out.
I have a Wordpress website, where I want to let people suscribe to different categories on my website. Let's say the categories are A, B, C and D. People can subscribe to, but os course also to both A and D.
I've made groups in MailChimp that match the categories in WordPress and linked them to my category RSS feeds. (mydomain.com/category/feed) I set them to send daily.
But I don't want people to receive two emails if there is a post in both categories on the same day. I want both posts to be in the same RSS email. Is this possible? How do I manage this?
