What is the secret of flirtplek.nl

The site flirtplek.nl has some unusual email infrastructure as for me. After email confirmation they are sending up to 60 email per day and mostly to inbox. The emails have just short text version and link (without html) Also i mentioned that thaey haven't DKIM and DMARC authentification. Also they are sending from different domains but have just a few IPs.
maybe some of you can advice what features can provide so hight delivery rate for the website with really bad email practies
