Im looking to provide continual and valuable content to my list over time as it relates to my niche of lead generation namely: PPC, SEO and Email marketing and Web and App development. Any suggestions on the topics that I can talk about that will continue to provide value to my email list? Thank you

I'm not trying to be negative, but almost every time someone asks this sort of question, it means the person isn't an expert or even worse has very limited knowledge about a topic.

I'm not saying that is true in your case. But what I've seen is when people start out not knowing what to blog about or when they are afraid they will run out of good stuff to say, they quickly burn out or produce minimal quality content.

It would have been better for them to work on a topic where they can think of hundreds of topics, articles, tips, strategies, etc. without even thinking about it.

I can do that in a number of areas but, for example, CPA marketing I have no clue. I wouldn't even know where to begin asking this question. So in my case, it would be better to stick to the areas I know about.

Even though this answer isn't what you asked for, I'm sharing it based on my own experience and failures when tackling things I'm not sure about. I only started succeeding when I didn't have to ask questions like you asked here (except in a surveying customers type situation).

Hi Mark, thanks for the suggestion. My level of knowledge is not at question here. Im only
seeking ways to effectively educate potential clients who may not be familiar with this topic so that they can understand the value it can bring to their business.

The very first thing that you need to keep in mind while creating your email list is to keep it very easy to sign up. One way of doing this is by reducing the number of signup fields.

For this, you must ask for only the mainly required information like the email address and you will surely get a large number of new subscribers every month and every week.

You can create a list in order to promote a product but the most important thing that you need to do is to come up with a plan for conversion of your leads into assets. That means from short term to long term subscribers. For this, you surely need to understand the value of each of your leads. By doing this even if they do not visit your blog or purchase your product more frequently, subscribers can talk about you with others thus leading to word of mouth marketing.

First of all, you should set the standard of Email list as you are going to build your business around your blog. This is not just for 3 months or 3 years, this is going to be run for decades.
