Email marketing can done through different types of emails like Transaction Email, Direct Email,Mobile Email etc. Please share your views about any of these. I will be helping you guys further with the details about each one of these soon?

    Email Newsletters-These are regular emails that are sent to a list of subscribers who have chosen to receive updates from a company.
    Transactional Emails -These are emails that are sent out after certain actions trigger them.
    Direct Emails - These are used to inform customers about new products, sales and special offers.

    I am a huge fan of Triggered emails. These emails are highly targeted and highly favored because these transaction emails are "triggered" by the person receiving the email. These are not just random emails They have either clicked a link related to your promotions,or something of the sort, and hence triggered after a certain inaction, length of time, or as in this case action. These people were or still are interested in your products and or services.
