I think you are going to have a problem.

I manage opt-in data for a percentage of the profits, but not purchased data. Simply because if I'm going to do all the work that is required, I might as well just buy a list and keep 100%.

Additional, when I buy data, I always get a sample and test it and check the quality and get an idea of how long it is likely to take to break-even. Then based on the results, I may then buy it or negotiate a lower price, if I need it to break-even faster.

The only exception is when I'm getting data from a reliable source and know it is legit and I'm getting it for such a good deal, that it will be statistically impossible for me to lose.

I'm guessing you did not do this. Which makes the offer to manage the data, even more undesirable

If you find someone that is will to do it, they most likely have little to no experience or they wouldn't be doing it.

I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm just telling you what you are up against.

Your best bet is to learn to monetize data and do it yourself.

thanks everybody for suggestions. I have found many companies who allow using paid email lists. All white hats. I was searching for a company who can completely manage my campaigns (designing templates, sequence, strategy etc) at a reasonable cost. I got few leads and have finalized one who looks very promising.

have you finalized anyone for email marketing?

My advise you to choose the expert because creating a spam-free template is really a very challenging task. One has be aware with spam words and also have some unique design ideas for template.

Email marketing is only worth if your emails deliver into inbox not in spam. Please validate your emails first as you have a list of purchased emails.
IP blacklist is the major issue when you are dealing with email server.

Hello,

There is a system that should be followed and you will never have problem with bulk emailing. As long as you follow the rules you should get better response even with purchased lists.

Make sure your lists are targeted in your buyer group.
