How many emails to get the recipient to click through to a Web page?

I work in marketing for a manufacturer of high-end medical equipment. Currently, for a given product's campaign, we are using a series of emails (each with the same campaign theme, but with the focus on a different one of the product's attributes in each (they have different headlines and photos as well). All emails drive to the same landing page, where there is a full and robust user experience. Question: is there any good information out there about the number of emails in a series (on average) it takes to get a recipient to click through?
