Pb in Quality Traffic .. Where can I buy Good Email list

Hi everyone
I promote CPA CPL and CPC offers.

But the revenue I get is below average and far away from my objective comparing to the amount of clicks I get and the finances involved in this.

For now i'm making daily between 100$ and 500$ and I want to hit at least between 1k and 2k daily.

The affiliate complaint because the traffic running on the CPC offers is not backing up at all, so they will have to lower the payout.

So I'm considering expanding my resourses as to overcome this delicate situation and accomplish the objective before the due time.

In that sens I need to purchase email lists from such segments as (Consumer, Bizopp, FB verified, Debt, Investing, Gov. Grants, Entertainment, Real Estate, Health Insurance,Lifestyle, Insurance, Financial Services, Shopping, Travel, Dating, Adult, Lifestyle, Stocks, Miscellaneous, Credit report, Payday)

So I'm seeking here for some one help finding a good email selling service where I can buy High quality Opt-In, US only and CAN-SPAM compliant.

    Almost all marketing campaigns will tell you that you are illegally acquired email lists. They automatically will turn off your account as soon as you get unsubscribe rate 1%

      There is plenty of targeted data (fresh and legacy) that can be acquired, where all users have provided permission to receive third party message. Which 100% can-spam compliant. There are also ways to reduce and manipulate your complaint / unsubscribe rates.

    No one is reliable as after some months the situation will be same. So you should have best alternative also, so if one is not offering good services then you can switch to another. What is you location?
