    I don't send any "sales letters" to my lists. I send newsletters with lots of actionable content that recommends products for further advanced information.

    Hi, we never send sales letters to subscribers. However, we do send the link of our sales letter through a series of emails.
    Never Ever copy-paste your sales letter inside an email.
    Create an email sequence of 7-8 days. Infact, I have done a detailed thread on this already. It will surely help you understand what email marketing is and how sales letter and email sequence are two different things when it comes to online selling.

    Create your email newsletter with your products and promotional offer and sending time depends on your products and customer behave. I think, minimum 1 emails in every week help you catch the customer attention.

    what are you saying?. You can send newsletter, free stuffs, remainders, through emails with a link to the sales page at the bottom daily. It isn't bad. But sending out sales letter "pitching" your list will make your subscribers opting out from your email.

    Hi there,

    I think it is not sales letters you should be sending to your subscribers, but newsletters. I know you know how it feels being sent some sales letters or the like; a lot of people see it as a nuisance. Thus, newsletters with attached indirect promotions will do.

    Furthermore, in my opinion, I believe that the frequency of sending newsletters depends on what product you are offering. If you can indicate what product type you are selling, I would be more than happy to assist you.

    I think you mean promo emails.
    I would send once a week... max twice.
    or if it's mixed with value adding content I would send more.

    I send everyday.

    Doing anything with my email list works but not as well as sending a daily email to them.

    Its not all hard selling either a bit of soft selling while keeping them entertained is what I have been doing.

    Mostly, I send once every week and twice if I want to tell something exciting about my merchandise to my clients. I don't like to flood their inbox with my sales letter which personally for me puts a very bad impression.
