Auto newsletter + autoresponder plugin = Possible?
Hi,
Looking to market my blog posts, pages, including some custom page types using newsletter and also manually added autoresponder messages.
I'm know there are plugins that auto sent your recent posts as a newsletter but I'm after somethink a little more advanced.
Short Version: Curated content from my own website, put into a newsletter based on user activity (eg. pages visited, clicked links etc..) the newsletter would have images and text snippets of posts, pages etc...

What I'm looking for is to send newsletters based on:
Most popular post/pages on your blog and/or tags E.g when user goes to post about XYZ then they are tagged with XYZ tag and are sent more info in the category/tag of XYZ + related content.
When they opt-in to a form E.g for "ABC" then it tags then with "ABC" and then sends them content that has the tag "ABC" in the newsletter.
Make a rule so they can not get the same content snippet in there newsletter more than X days, E.g they got an article sniped ABC in there email and it's set to 30 days, then article sniped ABC can not be sent more than once per 30 days. As a result the newsletter algorithm will select another snippet/article.
ability to make different types of newsletters:
E.g separate newsletters by categories/tags:
Newsletter A sent every Monday based on user activity in any category/tag
Newsletter B sent every Tuesday with category/tag "internet marketing"
Newsletter C sent every Wednesday with category/tag "Product Reviews"
Newsletter D sent every Saturday with category/tag "Webinars"
Etc...
Can manually add Autoresponder messages and its send based on the Last email sent (not join date) and also have it sent to all exiting subscribers regardless of join date (too make sure every body gets the newly added email). Can sent to subscribers with/without tag(s).
Broadcast messages based on tags.
NOTE: All content in newsletter is based on user activity NOT latest post, the reason I do not want the latest post sent is a.) users that sign up after posts will not get any old content in there newsletter b.) so it only sends relevant content based of there personal activity/interest.
When they opt into a form it merely ads the tag to there WP user account/email "Example tag" and the smart newsletter send content based on there tag(s).
Result
All you need to do in write content in your blog, create pages etc.. along with the correct category/tag for each post/page and the smart newsletter sends content based on the users interest that content (visits the post).
1.) Do you know if anything like this exists for wordpress? or if its even possible?
2.) what do you think?
3.) Can this be build in a custom build WP plugin? if so do you know any places that can do this? (preferably an agency rather than freelancer sites)
