Hello Every Warrior,

I am paid member of aweber .My friends also want aweber subscription for his website but he don't have enough money to pay their monthly fee. [We know that they have one month trial fee.]

So here we created two plan .
First I will create a new list with new address and new blog broadcast for him using my own aweber account and we will pay half monthly. Is This legal and Aweber allow this?

Second I will make a full setup for his blog but I will play a trick here. I will create a new list automation rule as If some one join his list than that subs will also add in my email list .
In this scenario he will not a pay any money.[ Yes, I will confirm him it about this and he is ready].
But once again ,question is same .Is this legal and not against Aweber TOS.

I hope I will get a satisfied answer here .

Thanks In Advanced .

Why not just contact Aweber support?

    Would have been much easier.

Anyways the first option is cool I don't think anything is wrong with that.

The second option most likely isn't a good idea.

Best bet have him set up his own Aweber account (if he can't afford $20 a month than he shouldn't be in business)

You can create as many lists in Aweber as you like, and you can send different subscribers to various lists. If you have difficulty determining who's lead is who's, simply add the aweber mobile app AWeber Atom and manually add either your subscribers or his subscribers to the corresponding list. This doesn't work well if you have hundreds of leads per day since you will be typing email addresses constantly ..but works well for just a few .

Sharing an account is against the Aweber service agreement. The second method you described would be considered co-registration. Many people have stated that they had their accounts terminated for this.

Maybe do a joint venture with your friend. You own the list and your friend does the marketing to build the list. You then split profits 50/50...

1 month free. First. your friend can set up all their emails, find products to promote and all the other incidentals before they even sign up for aweber.

Then sign up for free and start the campaign and they should have the funds to pay by the end of the 30 days. for up to 500 subscribers it is only $19.00 if someone can not come up with $19.00 in a month then they should not be in business at all
