Am I better off using Gmail for business than Thunderbird?
I've been using Thunderbird for sometime, and have a niggling suspicion that some of my emails are ending up in the recipient's junk/spam folder. Recently, many enquiries that come through the contact form on my Wordpress website, to which I reply to quite quickly via Thunderbird seem to go no further, with no response to my initial replies to enquiries.
I work in quite a niche line of work (mountaineering and climbing guiding), and so don't have a great deal of competition (enough though!), so I would have thought that I would have a greater conversion rate of initial enquiries to firm bookings.
Does anyone have any ideas as to whether signing up for Gmail for Business (G Suite) would be a better option?
Also, would it be worth installing some sort of tracking to the emails?
Any advice would be hugely appreciated!
