If anyone had the answer to this question, we would all be millionaires.
100% inbox to gmail does not exist.
You have a lot to learn

I do on other ISP'S since I have my own email server that I manage.

but with GMAIL it's getting harder and harder if your IP or domain has no relationship with that ESP then it will go to spam.

You can try aweber / Mailchimp / Getresponse but good luck maintaining an account there if you're sending affiliate emails as they will just ban your account.

Gmail has become hard and hard to inbox with all the filters they have right now. It's impossible to achieve multiple inbox without a good reputation ISP and domain to inbox using there.

Postmark can do that but it's hard to get an account that will stay and let you email your affiliate offers.

    No one inboxes 100%.

Set up a bunch of seed accounts and test your inbox placement.

If your hitting the spam folder, it really comes down to 3 things.

    Back-end: spf, dkim, rdns, etc.
IP / domain reputation: Any IP / domain associated with the mailing.
Content: Anything in the message body, including the template.

Also, you really want to know the domain breakdown of the data you are sending. So if you are having a problem, you know how big of a deal it is.

I send a lot of 3rd party data, and for fresh / targeted data, I personally use ESPs that have shared IPs, so I can piggyback off the good IP reputation of all the users. Rather than using dedicated IPs and then the reputation or lack of, is all on you.

For sending out via gmail you need to warm up your email address. Too many people start sending out mass emails on a fresh adress and after a blast of about 2-300 get shut down by google.

Send 20-30 manual emails a day for 2 weeks and on the 3rd week you can start to increase your mails daily from about 30 to 60 but reccomend to still send them out manually. The 4th week you can start to automate but send out no more than 80 a day..

Now you can start to gradually build them up and after about 6 weeks you can send out as many that your account allows..

As others have said, avoid blatant sales talk, reduce your bounce rate and be consistent with your message. Generally google prefers text over html as do most people reading them.

Getting people to open and then reply comes down to a good subject line and basically a numbers game.

I would recommend not to send from a gmail, hotmail or other free email account.

Send from your own domain e-mail for sure.

The unsubscribe link in the header of the email...

If you are using your own mailing system - then remove this - this is a dead giveaway to the ESP's that you are a mass mailer...

Of course you want to make sure to have the usual unsubscribe link in the body of the email.

I use Interspire myself - this trick works with other mailers as well.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Coby

P.S. As mentioned above - also make sure you have SPF, DKIM and RDNS setup correctly.
