    There are several well-known services such as Aweber, MailChimp, Sendgrid.Most of them have a free offer limited on the number of subcribers.
    Next step would be creating a well-crafted newsletter (you cand use a drag&drop builder like ours) that includes really great design and well thought content.

    Here is what I would suggest:
    1) Get an auto-responder like say, AWeber, GetResponse, MailChimp etc.
    2) Write your emails in a friendly tone.
    3) Provide value to your prospects in your emails.
    4) Do sales pitching occasionally and not on all the emails.
    5) Learn traffic driving skills - organic or inorganic traffic and always take your prospect to opt-in page first, so that you can collect their email address. Build your list thereby.

    Signup with MailChimp. Hire a email marketer to setup you everything. Buy some solos to build lists. Send them your email with offers.
