Email send limits... hosting advice?

I want to create an email account that appears as @ my domain AND allows me to send thousands of emails at once.

Services like Mailchimp or going through my Squarespace website for a G suite account with Google have daily and even hourly restrictions on how many emails you can send.

What cost effective option do you guys recommend?

Thanks,
Chase

if you are building this list correctly you should be using a autoresponder service like aweber or something similar.

If you are scraping or buying email addresses then you should not be doing it at all

You can but you should be aware that there is a constant battle raging between good and evil (i.e., spam) in the email universe. In order to be on the ‘good’ side of that battle and get your email delivered, there are numerous things you need to do. You need to have the right authentication infrastructure and register your IP and Domain appropriately. Also, you need to have the right server requirement and configuration, and you should be aware of email sending that complies with ESPs rules in order to build a good reputation.

Moreover, if you are going to receive, store and host emails, you better be prepared for maintaining this orchestra of software, take care of backups, hardware failures, security patches and monitoring.

As Mr. Al said. you should go with autoresponders software.

If you are sending opt-in data that you built or any form of fresh / targeted data, I would recommend using an ESP.

If you are sending any type of low responsive data (not profitable using an ESP, due to costs or problems), I would consider using a self hosted mailer and your own server / IPs. Based on the IP reputation / deliverability of the IPs, I would target the domains that will likely get the best deliverability. However, this is not without it's own pitfalls.

Any type of scraped B2C data is just going to cause you great problems, as you will likely collect bonces, spam traps, etc... Plus it's not can-spam compliant.

    I found out my issue.

I thought that you had to deal with both the email hosting providers frequency/quantity requirements AND an autoresponders requirements. In this situation, even if your autoresponder could do 10k emails a day, if your gmail only lets you send 500 a day, you're sending 500.

BUT... someone just informed me that when you use an autoresponder, you go through their servers not your hosting provider's servers. As long as you have any personalized @yourwebsite.com email, their servers will be able to do the work and it doesn't go through your email host.

I think the best service is rocketresponder. They charge a flat rate of 20/month. List size and how many emails per day do not effect the price. I use them for this very reason.
