Hello

can someone please tell me what they think is the best email marketing course, for an absolute beginner?

I have looked into Inbox blueprint 2.0 it is quite tempting to purchase, but im not sure if its for more advanced people as i keep seeing in reviews.

If anyone has any recommendation where to start with courses, i would appreciate it.

Thanks

There are no courses that i know of, you're best of just going for it and learning as you go. There's a lot going on with email marketing so it's tough to cover everything in a course.

What level are you going in at and what type of email marketing you are planning on doing?

Hey! I'm also new to email marketing and online marketing for that matter. I have zero experience in that field and I bought Inbox Blueprint 2.0. I can honestly say, that the content that is in this course is amazing. Doesn't matter if you have any experience or not, the hole course is built up that way that even the people who haven't heard about online or email marketing before, will have a business up and running by the time they finish the course. And it also teaches what to do after you have a business up. How to build your list, how to communicate with your list and so on. I can honestly say, It's an AMAZING course. In my opinion, ALL you need to know if You want to start an email marketing business, is in that course. There is also a great community, forum, coaches. You can always ask for more help. Daily coaching calls, webinars where you can ask specific questions. I definitely recommend it.

I will pass on some tips for you in terms of emails.

You need to have an eye catching headline that will make your subscriber curious and want to open the email. If subscribers are not opening your emails you are beaten before you start. Get on lots of email lists and see what headlines other marketers use. Use for guidance purposes headlines that would make you want to open the email. Do not directly copy.

The body of the email should tell a story. Weave into the story how the product that you are promoting will cure a pain that is in the life of the subscriber. If the pain that your product will cure is a lack of website traffic then tell a story that has some link to traffic.

Something that is in the news is great. If a celebrity had for instance a big issue with traffic then you would have a starting point for your email. You emails need to be both informative and entertaining. Be as imaginative as possible.

This is a great product you must buy it type emails are old hat and as such you are unlikely to get many sales.

All that and a lot more is explained in great detail in Inbox Blueprint. I can honeslty say, I'm super satisfied that i decided to take action and get the course. Anik continuously tries out new methods and when they work, he adds the information to the course, no extra charge. They are constantly improving and doing new stuff. Inbox Blueprint also comes with a cool tool called Launchpad that help to start You email marketing business. It does a lot of the work for you. And their constantly upgradeing that too. So with both hands in the air, I recommend it! This is my personal opinion and based on personal experience!

With google, you can be your own teacher and connect the dots as you go!

Actually here is a FREE email lesson for you which is influenced by one of the greatest Ad Men David Ogilvy.
Not many people realise he may of been the inventor of catchy email subject lines.

In his book Ogilvy on Advertising David said that his favourite headline was
Have you seen a bald headed sheep?

Why then is this headline so perfect after all?

    • 40 characters long - you see the whole line in almost all emails
    • It’s thought provoking and arouses interest - stands out from the rest of your inbox.
    • Relevant surprise and entices you to read on
So what else does David (unknowingly) teach us about writing great emails?
    • Pretend you are writing a letter ... one human being to another.
    • Write short sentences and short paragraphs, and avoid using clever words
    • Write the copy in a conversational tone….

    Hope this helps
