Email Marketing - First Website CRITIQUE

Hi All,

This is one of my first attempts of putting a website together to focus on email marketing. I picked a topic of interest to me which is anime. I thought about a niche, something that I could keep selling stuff without it being worn out.

This is what I have so far...

HOME
animethisweek.info

CONFIRM PAGE after subscriber subscribes
http://animethisweek.info/subscriber.html

Email is confirmed page
http://animethisweek.info/confirmed.html

How well do you think it will convert considering that I target people in the niche. Also, how could I improve to increase conversion rate. What are some stuff I could do?

Thanks,

Regards,
Chris

    My thoughts:

    1. Offer your potential subscribers some free value as an incentive to sign up.
    2. Anime, being such a graphic and visual niche, you might think about making the page more visually appealing - i.e. fonts, opt-in box design, without making it overly busy or complex.
    3. Keep the 'privacy' message nice and short. Don't even put the word 'spam' into your potential subscriber's minds The one we use is: "Your privacy is 100% secure. We will never share your details with anyone."

Good first attempt. Keen to see how this evolves!

Thank you. I will think about what I can offer something of more value as a sign-up incentive.I will work on making the page more visually appealing, thanks for that. Yeah, I'll update that privacy message.

Also, to everybody else, my site was offline as I was updating the domain and so the entire website has been moved to a different folder on my storage. Working now.

      Any input appreciated!! Thank you.

I have been thinking about what you said regarding an offer, and I guess my advantage in the niche I have choosen a niche that I like. So I thought, well if I was a customer what would I sign up for and them bing! I got the idea

It will just take a bit of work to create the offer. But I'll work on it soon

      Thank you for your input!

I have updated my website to include an incentive to sign, and simplified the sign up box.

I'll be driving traffic to the website using free traffic sources instagram and twitter at the moment and I'll post if I have any success in getting sign ups ect...

Please critique my website and advise how I could improve.

    Thanks
    Chris

I have started sending traffic to my squeeze page using intagram and twitter. I found fantastic resources here in the warriorfourm.

If anyone could recommend other free ways to generate traffic.

    Chris
