Aweber follow up series

Hi all,
I am writting the emails in Aweber follow up series.
And I want all of my follow up to be sent at 12pm everyday so I set all of my follow up emails to be sent at 12pm in "Send Window".
But in the follow series section, it displays that "Everyday starting at 12pm".
Does it mean the follow-up email will be sent at 12pm on daily basis?
eg. my list will receive the same message at 12pm?

    It's a small window of time. You'll notice that the time slider has a little leeway. Emails will be sent from 12 onwards until about 12:15 or 12:20.

    There's one more detail! If you want that noon time to be the recipient's time zone noon, you'lll need to click for that option in the settings. You can see that option when you're setting the time; it's right below that slider, two options, one for tracking clicks then under that the one for it being the receiver's noon rather than your time zone's noon.
