Help guys, My CleackDealer account has blocked with 1600$

Hello guys, Today I tried to login into my account in CleackDealer dot com Network and they say that Login unsuccessful. User account is Inactive/Pending.
I asked the manager Named Alberto for the reason and he told me that one of the advertisers has caught me using adult traffic, I use Email traffic only, and I use creatives that has no Adult or sex content on it, I've sent him all the evidences confirming that I've never used Adult traffic, I even told him that we can make a Skype screen share to see all the sent emails with dates and creatives to make sure that I've never used Adult traffic.
The account has blocked today with 1600$, I have a recorded video of all this, the sent emails, the account balance, the Skype conversations, The offers we sent.
And I don't know how to use that or where I can make a complain.
What should I do guys, They want to steal my money, I worked days and nights to get that money and now everything is gone please help me guys what should I do.

    You did not ask if the manager could remove the commission that was sent to you from the advertiser who complained and keep the rest and the account active?

    clickdealer seems to have good reviews online. reach out for them and ask for explanation

      I did, the account is blocked now, I can't login anymore, all he says is you didn't respect the terms and conditions of the advertiser.

        Approach this calmly, gently and you might get your money. You say you worked days and nights for this money. Maybe you're so tired you have not been able to connect with this guy in a way that he'll listen to you. So? Take a break, turn off your computer. maybe eat a good meal too. Then start over again. Review the communications. Start fresh. Perhaps apologize that you did not intend to disrespect the terms and conditions. Then ask specifically what they believe is the infraction. Ask why they think that particular thing fits in what they're calling it. If you agree at that point, apologize genuinely that you did not realize that would fit that category. Ask for another chance. Promise (and follow through) on not repeating what fit that for them. Everyone has different standards. What you consider one thing, others consider unacceptable. Learn from this. Also? Allow yourself to make another few attempts more calmly with consideration of their viewpoint. That may help you at negotiating a better result in this case.
