Email Marketing Tool For Sending Bulk Emails

Well I have a list of nearly 60K emails. These emails are collected from my company Exchange server database. These email senders sent emails to our company for various purpose. But mostly for business purpose indeed. I decided to use the list to send some promotional emails for my company. I subscribed some ESP but almost all of they refused the list as they think the list is not created through opt-in. Even though I was ready to send them prove that the email list is from our exchange server but they are not willing to see any prove as they think emails they can allow list collected through a clear concise message that I will send the subscriber promotional messages.

However now I am planning to use a software rather ESP. I tried atomic email sender but this has a lot of problems. The biggest problem is atomic email sender cant send emails without SMTP and using one web mail I cant send more than 100 emails per hour.

Can anyone tell me if there is any really good software / cloud service / ESP which in my case can help me to send few promotional emails?

    You could setup your own email servers.
    This is probably the only way your going to be able to get those mails out.
    I dont think your going to find an esp thats going to allow you to do this.
    You could also just hire someone, to send out the emails for you, especially if your only looking to do a single blast.

    Please explain exactly what you did / how you ended up getting denied.

    Clearly, you did something that caused a red flag(s).

    How old is the data?

    Why don't you just contact the users from the original account instead of wanting to move them?

    The company that the data came from is a company that you own?

      If they allow purchased data they are probably not worth a crap and are just taking advantage of novice mailers.

      Sales-push doesn't allow purchased lists.

      You are far better off using top ESPs, so you get decent deliverability and learn to mitigate complaints.

    All Softwares will need an SMTP. the software will just help you to manage your lists and not sending your emails

      Im currently using betasend.com. they offer great service.and im happy with them . their free for ever plan can host up to 5,000 subscribers unlike other ESPs

          You can send unlimited emails with the free 5k plan lol, I really had a hard time getting my list approved though they want to know a lot about your list.

      Having your own SMTP just means you can send data, it's a whole other story when it comes to inboxing.

      Not that it can't be done, but if you don't have quality data to start with, there is a lot more to it and most don't have a clue what goes into making it work.

    Atomic Email Sender has by far been the best, because you need a DIY solution. What you have is a non-optin list. Sounds like you bought it or scraped it. Either way, you're battling uphill to get these emails sent off..

    Worst case scenario try ElasticEmail as they are pretty lenient towards these types of lists..

    Hi,

    you should any application for Bulk Emailing because mail sender is pushing mails on server so you should be properly setup your own mailing server.

    >> Buy large number of IPs
    >> Should be Clean IPs
    >> assign all mail sending records
    >> Should be add rDNS/PTR, SPF, DKIM and DMRC.
    >> should be assign IP rotation.
