Is my email list growing up too slowly?

Hi guys,

I have launched a site to promote web marketing products.
As having a list is a must, I have prepared what had to be done for that ,or at least I thought (landing pages, an ebook offered to subscribers,....).
However, I see, after a few days that the number of subscribers is very low , 0-3 per day.
For now, Im only getting traffic to my landing page from FB.

So, I'm now wondering what I am doing wrong, which step am I doing bad to have so few subsribers?
Thanks

First thought that comes to mind is to diversify. All your eggs in one basket is a bad way to try to do most things like this.

Second thing would be to promote each "egg" ( for lack of a better term lol).

So to begin with what you have, a fb stream, Promote that stream via other sources like ad sawaps or paid traffic.

The main two ideas would be to place your landing page link in other places and then promote each one via additional traffic methods.

    Good luck, hope that helps.

It sounds to me like you dont have optimized ads on facebook, your landing page does not convert, and you are not spending close to enough money on ads.

    Thank you guys.
Regarding not putting all my eggs in the same basket, I'm plannig to also generate traffic through forums (I don't know yet what SEO can bring).
What do you think about pop-up landing page in my site, I find that quite intrusive and thus, potentially harmful for my business

    Hey, what's up!

Welcome to the Online Marketing world, lol!

This might be the #1 concern of every single Online Marketer
    on the planet.

So the good news is, you're not alone.

Based on what you mentioned, I have to ask,

    - What does your optin page look like?
    - Is the headline exciting enough to make someone
feel like they absolutely have to have the eBook?
    - Who are you targeting to present this optin page?

If you have to go the "free" route, you'll have to continue
to post on many forums (like this one) to show you
are a valuable asset to someone's business.

If you haven't already, create a fanpage on Facebook
and start posting like crazy and interact with people
who are in groups that would be interested in your product.

If you have a budget, I would definitely go
with Solo Ads, which has proven to be very responsive
    to offers like yours.

Again, just make sure your optin page is compelling
    enough to get the email.

Sell "Wants" and not "Needs". It's more powerful.

Anyway, I hope that got some mental juices flowing for you.

    Great luck to you!

    Rod
